Studio Mainstreet
At StudioMainstreet proper technique is a fundamental part of our teaching. This page was created to allow you to practice some of the movements and exercises you have learned in class. We will periodically highlight different exercises and poses from both Pilates and yoga classes with written instruction on proper form and technique. As always it is important to listen to your body and to work at your own pace and level. Utilize the principles you have learned in class: proper breath, posture, and controlled movement. Remember: modifying a pose is SMART not wimpy!
