Making it to class sometimes just doesn't happen!  Try these workouts at home and remember that you do not have to do the entire routine at once!  I have also underlined the name of the exercise since some of you are familiar with the movements and do not need the instructions.  
As always,  listen to your body and practice with control and body awareness.  This routine is designed for all levels and can be modified accordingly.  Always be aware of the support your abdominals provide your spine and remember that muscular effort is completely different from joint pain!  In general, modifying an exercise involves bending the knees (particularly if hamstrings are tight), decreasing range of motion and decreasing reps.
